Overview
MediTrack is a mobile healthcare application that provides patients a safe digital space for medical information regardless of the healthcare facility that provides it, including doctor appointments, prescriptions, test results, etc.
This platform will be used across all healthcare facility systems making patients’ medical records easily accessible and convenient.
Problem Statement
Visiting a new doctor can be a challenging experience, especially when patients need to bring their previous documentation with them. Going from one healthcare practice to another, it can be hectic for patients to gather their records from different physicians. Through this process of bringing all their paperwork together, documents can get lost easily.
For older adults, paperwork can be stressful and difficult to fill out for every necessary visit. Parents of younger children are asked for their child’s medical records for their reoccurring physical exams. Many times, college students are asked about their immunization records to fill out forms.
Process
After identifying the problem, I conducted research and collected data, analyzed the results through a variety of processes such as affinity mapping, began the design ideation process and low fidelity wireframing, create a prototype, put it through user testing, and improving on any issues identified.

Research
The data was collected through a series of 15 question interviews and surveys through Google Surveys. I constructed a few personas to get an understanding of who the application would appeal to.
