Overview
ReminderMed is a mobile medication reminder application that helps individuals keep track of their medications. It allows users to add their medications as well as specific dates and times to receive a reminder on their phone to take the medicine. It provides a space for the individual to customize how often to repeat the reminder.
Additionally, it gives an option to add additional medical information such as doctor appointments to track the dates for their appointments as well as doctor names to make note of which doctors they visited for specific categories.
Problem Statement
Remembering to take your medicine on time can be a difficult task. Using general reminder apps to remind yourself to take medicine can get unorganized and the reminder can even get mixed up among other reminders. Having a reminder app dedicated to only your medications will help in staying organized and taking medications on time.
For those who have frequent doctor visits, it may also get hard to keep track of the visits and which doctors/offices you visited especially if they are specialized doctors.
Process
In order to collect more information on users that would be interested in such an application, I conducted research through a variety of processes. After collecting data, through interviews and surveys, I began creating wireframes, then a prototype, and finally user testing.

Research
I collected data through a series of interviews and surveys. The surveys were conducted through Google Surveys. I constructed a few personas to get an understanding of who the application would appeal to and how it would be of benefit to them.
